I am who I am that it that. This is a chant we do in my yoga class. Accepting and loving myself to my very core. Still facing all of life’s challenges with grace and gratitude. Grateful that the challenges are what help me to move forward and grow within this lifetime. That’s who I strive to be.
I now live outside of Seattle but spent most of my life on Boston. Boston still has a strong pull for me. Though I have embraced the natural beauty of the Northwest. I’m married and have two teenage boys and teach Kundalini Yoga and do a fair amount of comminity work mostsy centered around teens and the arts. I’ve done may things in this life, architect by trade, practiced for 13 years, advertising sales for a wonderful quarterly holistic magazine Sprint of Change which lead me on my spiritual path , opened a artist co-operative gallery both on the east coast and the west and explored my own creative process.
I now teach Kundalini Yoga and I feel very much at home. I think I know what I want to be when I grow up!
Sosieji,
We are so glad that you are in the Northwest for awhile…you send so much love and light to all of us without even being asked…thank you…it is such an honor to know you and have you in my life… i have learned/continue to learn so much from you.
Just looking for old friends and wondered where Sosie was….and found you! You sound so at peace and full of joy – I am truly happy for you.
I hope all is well and cannot believe your boys are so grown up.
